The present invention is a system for supplying an oral care active preparation that transports amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) to a subject's teeth. The system includes a component that supplies calcium ions and a component that supplies phosphate ions. The present invention makes it possible to obtain increased ACP concentrations as a result of including one or more basic amino acids in either or both of the above components.
