摘要：: Disclosed herein are 1,4-substituted piperidine compounds according to Formula I that exhibit activity as fatty acid synthetase inhibitors. Also disclosed herein are pharmaceutical compositions containing said 1,4-substituted piperidine compounds. Also disclosed is a method of treating a fatty acid synthetase-mediated condition by administering one or more of the compounds or pharmaceutical compositions disclosed herein.
