PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nasal mask preventing the falling of droplets formed by dew-condensation of wet components contained in respiration gas on a mask inner face onto the face of a patient in the nasal mask supplying the respiration gas to the patient.SOLUTION: The nasal mask is formed by either one of the following solutions: (1) the nasal mask is provided with a droplet guide groove to prevent the growth of small droplets from merging and is constituted to trap the droplets moving downward (2) a droplet movement prevention means is provided inside the nasal mask to prevent the growth of the droplets (3) the inside of the nasal mask is formed to have hydrophilicity to prevent the formation of droplet and, (4) the inside of the nasal mask is formed to have water-shedding quality to move the droplets downward while they are small.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】呼吸用気体を患者へ供給する鼻マスクにおいて、呼吸用気体に含まれる湿潤成分がマスク内面に結露して生じる水滴が患者の顔面へ落下することを防止する鼻マスクを提供する。【解決手段】次のいずれかの解決手段による。(1)水滴案内溝を設けて小水滴同士の合同による成長を阻害するとともに、下方に移動した水滴をトラップするよう構成する。(2)鼻マスク内面に水滴移動阻止手段を設け、水滴の成長を阻害する。(3)鼻マスク内面を親水性にすることで、水滴の形成を阻害する。(4)鼻マスク内面を撥水性にすることで、水滴が小さいうちに下方に移動させる。【選択図】図5
