PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide culture soil for raising seedling that comprises a nitrogen fertilizer, wherein the culture soil is resistant to decrease in fertilizer response and can be stored for the long term.SOLUTION: The culture soil for raising seedling comprises a fertilizer in which the proportion of nitrate nitrogen in all nitrogen constituting a nitrogen fertilizer is 70% or less, and phosphorous acid and/or phosphite.
