PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface soil scraping machine that can remove a contaminated surface soil to a depth with good accuracy in a labor-saving and efficient manner by a configuration capable of keeping a production cost low.SOLUTION: A surface soil scraping machine 21 is mounted on a traveling machine 11 and used.
