PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the braking force in a rotor braking device of a spinning reel.SOLUTION: A rotor braking device 6 includes a braking member 21, a moving member 15, an elastic member 22, and an adjustment member 23. The braking member 21 is mounted to a reel body 1. The moving member 15 is arranged in a rotor 3 so as to take a first position corresponding to a line-winding posture and a second position corresponding to a line-releasing posture in conjunction with a bail arm 4, and has a first protrusion 15a protruding toward the braking member when moving to the second position. The elastic member 22 is mounted to the first protrusion 15a of the moving member 15, and comes in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the braking member 21 when the moving member 15 moves to the second position.
