A manual wheelchair according to the present invention comprises an outer frame having a seat； a pair of left and right rear rotary shafts which is separately joined to the outer frame to be moved in a lateral direction； a pair of left and right sun gears which is inserted and joined to the pair of left and right rear rotary shafts； a pair of left and right gear hubs including a pair of left and right first ring gears and a pair of left and right second ring gears； a pair of left and right planetary gears to make the pair of left and right second gears engaged with the pair of left and right sun gears； a pair of left and right rear wheels which is separately joined to the pair of left and right gear hubs； a pair of left and right hand rims to separately transmit power to the pair of left and right rear wheels； a pair of left and right transmission levers including a pair of left and right first members, a pair of left and right inner pressing parts, and a pair of left and right outer pressing parts； a pair of left and right front rotary shafts at the front of the pair of left and right rear rotary shafts to be separately fixed to the outer frame； and a pair of left and right front wheels which is separately joined to the pair of left and right front rotary shafts.
