A system for repairing a tricuspid valve in a patient's heart comprising a post having a distal end and a proximal end, a capture element attached to the distal end of the post, the capture element including: a plurality of arms each having a first end and a second end, each arm attached at the first end to the post and extending both radially outwardly from the post and proximally, each arm defining an opening at the second end； a wire passing sequentially through the opening on each arm, whereby tensioning the wire draws the second end of each arm towards the post.La présente invention concerne un système de réparation d'une valve tricuspide dans le cœur d'un patient comprenant un pilier ayant une extrémité distale et une extrémité proximale, un élément de capture fixé à l'extrémité distale du pilier, l'élément de capture comprenant : une pluralité de bras ayant chacun une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité, chaque bras attachée au niveau de la première extrémité au pilier et s'étendant à la fois radialement vers l'extérieur à partir du pilier et proximalement, chaque bras définissant une ouverture au niveau de la seconde extrémité； un fil passant de manière séquentielle à travers l'ouverture sur chaque bras, ce qui permet de tendre le fil qui va tire la seconde extrémité de chaque bras vers le pilier.
