PURPOSE: A grid-integrated X-ray detector is provided to minimize the loss of an X-ray which passes through an object and a grid by combining with the grid. CONSTITUTION: A grid-scintillator-integrated structure (110) receives an X-ray which passes through an object from an X-ray source. An absorption type photo fabric (111) and a transmission type photo fabric (112) are arranged on the grid-scintillator-integrated structure. The grid-scintillator-integrated structure includes a scintillator (113) radiating a visual ray in response to the radiated X-ray. A detector (120) outputs the visual ray radiated from the scintillator of the grid-scintillator-integrated structure by converting the visual ray into an electric signal.
