PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified hairdressing composition which is excellent in ability to stand hair (hair-standing ability), ease in forming hair bundles, and feeling of spreading well in a palm (use feeling), and can avoid making hair after hairdressing too stiff.SOLUTION: The emulsified hairdressing composition comprises the components (A), (B), (C) and (D) in the following, and is free of nonvolatile silicone or has a mass ratio of the component (A) content to the nonvolatile silicone content [component (A)/nonvolatile silicone] equal to or greater than 2.5. The component (A) is an ester of a dihydric alcohol and fatty acids having 18 or more carbon atoms including fatty acids having 22 or more carbon atoms. The component (B) is a solid oil being solid at 20°C and being one or more selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbons, solders, lanolin, and fatty acids having 10 or more carbon atoms. The component (C) is a nonvolatile liquid oil being nonvolatile, being liquid at 20°C, and being one or more selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbons, solders, ester oils, and fatty acids having 10 or more carbon atoms.
