The massage apparatus of the present invention includes a tube body, a switch portion, and a vibration motor. There is an opening inside of the tube body, and the edge of the opening is disposed with a ball. The switch portion has a first joining portion and a second joining portion. An engaging portion of the tube body engages with the first joining portion or the second joining portion when the switch portion is turned to rotate. When the engaging portion engages with the first joining portion, the switch portion is switched to an ON state and the vibration motor is then electrified to vibrate. Thereby, the present invention having a simple structure can be used for a long time without malfunction.
