PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant order-acceptance production system, an implant order-acceptance delivery system and a management server to efficiently conduct sales of implants and to improve the efficiency of the management and the sterilization work of the implants in a hospital.SOLUTION: In an implant order-acceptance production system 100, a management server 4 receives order information, transmitted by a hospital terminal 1, on an implant to be installed to the specific part of a patient identified on the basis of a plurality of implant shape data relating to the three-dimensional shapes of a plurality of implants in which at least either one of the shape and dimension, which are designed using persons physical features as the reference, is different, and then transmits manufacturing instruction information of the implant to a manufacturers terminal 2 used by an implant manufacturer M.
