PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Tremella fuciformis liquid having low viscosity obtained by a method in which the time to dissolve a dried Tremella fuciformis to produce Tremella fuciformis liquid is shortened.SOLUTION: After washing a dried Tremella fuciformis 1, 100 cc or more of a water 2 to the Tremella fuciformis of 3 g is supplied. In a seal pan 3, the dried Tremella fuciformis 1 is immersed.
