The present invention relates to an integrated injection container set of a hollow needle communication type. According to the present invention, a circular cap having a semi-annular ring is installed at an upper end portion of a medicine container case capable of storing a medicine container to be connected to a stand support so as to fix an integrated injection container set. Also, a plurality of semi-circular grooves are vertically formed in an inner diameter portion of a cylinder forming a lower end portion of the medicine container case to be fastened to a plurality of semi-circular protruding rings vertically formed in an outer diameter portion of a circular coupler fused to an upper end portion of an infusion container in a male and female sliding method. In addition, an upper end portion of a cylindrical needle formed vertically upward on a central axis of a middle portion of the cylindrical coupler having a hollow corrugated pipe at the upper end portion is separately attached to the medicine container and the circular coupler to simultaneously perforate a circular sealing member which performs a sealing action.
