The present invention relates to an insertion device with a fixing-locking function to be inserted into a medical appliance port and, more specifically, to an inserting device to be inserted into a medical appliance port which includes an inner insertion unit and a fixing-locking unit. The fixing-locking unit is formed into a gun device shape and includes a fixing-locking housing unit on which a trigger is protruding outward a trigger frame which is formed inside the fixing-locking housing unit for repeatedly moving the trigger forward and backward and a locking protrusion which is moved downward from the upper part of the rearmost part of the trigger frame and fixed to the locking protrusion when a user pulls the trigger. The insertion device with the fixing-locking function to be inserted into a medical appliance port is characterized by tongs units with a plurality of concave-convex portions. The tongs units are formed on the inner insertion unit and spread when a user pulls the trigger. Therefore, the state of the insertion device inserted into the medical appliance port is easily fixed.
