The invention relates to a reaeration device and reaeration method for constructed wetland. A reaeration pipe is an open-ended tubular structure, one end of the pipe is inserted into a wetland substrate, and the other end is connected to a windmill to receive and accelerate the air flow. The reaeration pipe can also be formed by coaxial telescoping or parallel arrangement of several open-ended reaeration pipes with different pipe diameters and lengths, and the reaeration pipe is connected to the windmill to jointly form the reaeration device.
