PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method for an impression model and a management device therefor that are capable of immediately preparing an impression model with higher accuracy than remaking of the impression model according to a users request.SOLUTION: A management method for an impression model includes steps of: producing a gypsum model for a patient K at a dental office D, or a dental technician or dental technicians office G delivering the impression model to an administrative operation company M and storing the impression model in a management repository 10 which is installed at the administrative operation company M and to which management identification information assigned to each patient K is attached, and also registering the management identification information associated with impression data that is three-dimensional data for the impression model in a management server 20.
