PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health device for thumb which can give a magnetic effect especially to the thumb in a relaxed state. SOLUTION: A hole 21 into which a thumb A1 is inserted is formed by penetrating between a front surface 10 and a back surface 11 of a main body portion 20 having a bottom surface 13 formed flat, and the main body is provided at a position surrounding the periphery of the hole 21. A thumb health device 1 characterized in that a plurality of magnets 22 are arranged so as to be embedded in the portion 20. According to the thumb health device 1 of the present invention, it is possible to give a magnetic effect especially to the thumb A1 in a relaxed state. When blood flowing through the thumb A1 passes through the magnetic flux, blood circulation is promoted, and an effect such as improvement in shoulder stiffness is expected.
