The structure has a set of parallel truss (1), each presenting an arched unit (11) and a rod (12) for rigidifying the unit (11). The adjacent rods cross each other and form a crosspiece (13) on which a crossbeam (3) rests. Each truss is supported at its ends by vertical poles (5) constituted of a male part and a female part (52). The male and female parts slide on each other for permitting to adjust height of the pole.
