The present invention relates to a device for sterilizing and charging a smart phone and, more specifically, to a device for sterilizing and charging a smart phone which is easy to carry in the bag or pocket and capable of sterilizing bacteria in the smart phone and charging a battery of the smart phone because the smart phone is contaminated by bacteria in user&primes hand through the sweat on the hand or other routes and then the bacteria is transferred to a hand and a mouth of the user, and so threaten the user&primes health and hygiene. A device commonly used for sterilizing a smart phone is mounted on a charger and thus inconvenient for carrying and has no function of independent electricity generation, thereby being able to be used only in the place having electric power.
