The present invention relates to a wearable terminal. The terminal includes: a body including an electronic part and of which side touches the body of a user a photo-blood flow measuring device including a transmitter, combined with the side of the body and emitting an emission signal, and a receiver, sensing a reflection signal which is the emission signal returned by being reflected a cover covering the photo-blood flow measuring device and combined with the body and a control part measuring heartbeats based on the reflection signal, measured by the photo-blood flow measuring device. The cover is combined with the body. A part of the photo-blood flow measuring device, corresponding to the transmitter and the receiver, includes: a transmission part transmitting the emission signal and the reflection signal and a barrier part placed in the transmission part and shielding the reflection signal and the emission signal.
