The present invention relates to a mugwort moxibustion device. A heating and cupping therapy combined mugwort moxibustion device includes: a body (10) including an inside spaced formed at an upper portion thereof, in which moxa cautery is installed and through which an upper portion and a lower portion of the body (10) communicate with each other, and including a through hole (11) formed at an outer peripheral portion thereof, and a positioning groove (12) formed at the upper portion thereof； a moxa cautery installation member (20) positioned in the positioning groove (12) of the body and in which the moxa cautery is installed； and a cover (30) coupled with the upper portion of the body. Since heat energy of the mugwort is transferred upward and downward, the mugwort and heating treatment are selectively used. A combination of mugwort and heating treatment is used and a separate cupping machine is coupled to be selectively used for cupping therapy, therefore, use efficiency is excellent.본 발명은 쑥뜸기에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 본체 상부에 쑥뜸을 설치하는 내부가 상하로 관통되고 외주연에 통기공(11)과 상부에 안착홈(12)을 갖는 본체(10)와, 상기 본체 상부의 안착홈(12)에 안착 설치되고 쑥뜸 재료를 설치하는 쑥뜸 설치구(20) 및, 상기 본체 상부에 결합되는 뚜껑(30)으로 결합 구성되어 쑥뜸 열기가 상하 방향으로 전달되어 쑥뜸 및 온열 치료를 선택 사용하도록 제공하므로 간편하게 휴대 이동하면서 사용하되, 쑥뜸은 및 온열 치료를 겸용 사용함은 물론 별도 부항기를 결합하여 부항 치료 용도로 선택 사용할 수 있어 사용 효율성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
