PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for suctioning aural discharge, nasal discharge or other secretions and for collecting samples for examination which can alleviate the burden on a doctor at work for collection of secretions such as aural discharge, nasal discharge, sputum or the like.SOLUTION: The instrument 1 for suctioning aural discharge, nasal discharge or other secretions and for collecting samples for examination for examining secretions such as aural discharge, nasal discharge, or sputum includes: a hollow instrument body 6 which has a front opening 2, a rear opening 3 as an air intake, an air inflow hole 4 and a sample container connecting hole 5 and a nozzle 7 which continuously communicates with the front opening 2 and a suction tube 8 whose front end 10 can be inserted into an earhole, a nostril and a throat, whose intermediate part 12 is inserted into the instrument body 6 and whose rear end 13 is inserted into a sample container 14 connected with the sample container connecting hole 5. It is so constructed that it sucks air from the air intake 3 by a suction pump and collects secretions such as aural discharge, nasal discharge, or sputum in the sample container 14.
