It is an object to increase the absorption efficiency of highly unsaturated fatty acids such as EPA and increase the utilization rate. A triglyceride containing a highly unsaturated fatty acid and a medium chain fatty acid as a constituent fatty acid, comprising a triglyceride having a highly unsaturated fatty acid of 17 to 60% by weight and a medium chain fatty acid of 40 to 60% by weight.
