FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dental implantology, and is applicable for direct implant prosthetics on a lower jaw. Cone-beam computed tomography is performed. Implantation prosthetics are planned in the program complex, the cortical bone is prepared to form a bone plateau under the arch-shaped prosthesis beam, three support implants are installed and their position is verified using a check beam, obtaining a verifying tire and an imprint of the prosthetic bed tissue simultaneously recording a central ratio of the jaws, assembling the prosthesis on the gypsum model in the dental laboratory, lining and equipping the prosthesis with teeth, fixing the prosthesis in the clinic on the day of the implantation operation by screwing the screws passing through the beam to previously introduced support implants. Implantation is performed with a force limitation of 35 N/cm, and if the implant is scrolled about its axis with such force, an individual device for stabilizing the dental implant is inserted, which is pre-processed for each implant according to the relief of the patient's real bone according to conic-beam computed tomography and prepared by 3D printing from titanium alloy.
