PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the insertion device of an X-ray photographing instrument which smoothly inserts an X-ray photographing instrument such as a sheetlike cassette or the like an X-ray film used in X-ray photographing in the gap between the patient laid upside down on a bed and the bed and is easily subjected to washing treatment.SOLUTION: The insertion device of the X-ray photographing instrument is equipped with: an upper substrate having a housing part in which the X-ray photographing instrument such as the cassette or the like is housed the lower substrate arranged in parallel to the upper substrate the endless upper striplike belt mounted on the upper substrate and the endless lower striplike belt mounted on the lower substrate. The insertion device is constituted so that the upper substrate and the lower substrate are superposed one upon another to bring the upper striplike belt and the lower striplike belt into contact with each other the upper substrate is placed on the upper surface of the bed so that the lower substrate is set to the undersurface of the bed the lower striplike belt is rotated accompanied by the insertion of the X-ray photographing instrument in the part between the patient and the bed while the upper striplike belt is rotated in the direction reverse to the lower striplike belt to guide the patient to the upper surface side of the upper substrate by the upper striplike belt.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線撮影に用いるX線フィルムを収容した薄板状のカセッテなどのX線撮影器具を、ベッドに伏臥した患者とベッドとの間に挿入するX線撮影器具挿入装置において、スムーズに挿入可能で、洗浄処理しやすいX線撮影器具挿入装置を提供する。【解決手段】カセッテなどのX線撮影器具が収容される収容部を備えた上部基体と、この上部基体と平行に配置される下部基体と、上部基体に装着した無端状の上部帯状ベルトと、下部基体に装着した無端状の下部帯状ベルトとを備え、上部基体と下部基体とを互いに重ね合わせて上部帯状ベルトと下部帯状ベルトとを当接させ、下部基体を下としてベッド上面に載置し、患者とベッドとの間への挿入にともなって下部帯状ベルトを回転させるとともに、上部帯状ベルトを下部帯状ベルトとは逆方向に回転させて、上部帯状ベルトで上部基体の上面側に患者を案内するようにしてX線撮影器具を挿入するX線撮影器具挿入装置とする。【選択図】図1
