A composition effective in alleviating gout and reducing uric acid according to the present invention is produced by performing hot air extraction, concentration, and fermentation on 10-60 parts by weight of Clerodendron trichotomum leaves, 10-60 parts by weight of Clerodendron trichotomum branches, 10-60 parts by weight of Aucuba japonica leaves, and 10-60 parts by weight of Aucuba japonica branches.
