The system includes a vehicle comprising three wheels, an ice chest secured to the vehicle, and a toppings dispenser attached to at least one of the vehicle or the ice chest. The toppings dispenser includes at least one receptacle configured for holding a liquid topping, a housing attached to at least one of the vehicle or the ice chest, and a spout in fluid communication with the receptacle.
