PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sensitivity of a PET detector.SOLUTION: A PET device includes: an MRI device 300 that has a measurement port (here, patient port) 302 and a PET detector 210 that has the outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the patient port 302, can be moved with a measurement object (here, patient) 10 inside the patient port 302, and has an effective measurement field (referred to as PET field) P wider than an effective measurement field (referred to as MRI field) M of the MRI device 300.
