An orthognathic correction device includes a first retainer, a second retainerand atleast two elastic members. The first retainer is configured to be removablyworn on themaxillary dental arch of a patient and has at least two first connection partsfixed on the leftand right buccal surfaces of the first retainer. The second retainer isconfigured to beremovably worn on the mandibular dental arch of the patient and has at leasttwo secondconnection parts fixed on the left and right buccal surfaces of the secondretainer. Theelastic members couple the first and second retainers worn and retained on themaxillary andmandibular dental arches of the patient, respectively, so as to drive thesecond retainer tomove relative to the first retainer, thereby adjusting the relative positionbetween the mandibleand the maxilla of the patient.
