The present invention relates to a release liner which is suitable for a transdermal preparation and a method for manufacturing the same. The release liner which is suitable for a transdermal preparation of the present invention is attached to the adhesive-coating side of a medical patch for transdermal or mucosal absorption and expresses release performance. The release liner comprises: a polyethylene terephthalate film； and a silicone release coating layer on one side of the polyethylene terephthalate film, containing epoxy compounds and silane compounds. The film is characterized by satisfying formulas 1-3 (formula 1: 10 &le； RF &le； 50, formula 2: 100 &le； CA &le； 115, formula 3: TSi &le； 8.0). The release liner has superior release ability and shows print pitch stability because silicone residues are transferred on the back side of the release liner at a remarkably low transfer rate. Therefore, the release liner functions in a medical patch, especially a transdermal patch. A large amount of the release liners with uniform physical properties is provided by an in-line coating method and a simultaneous biaxially stretching method.본 발명은 경피흡수제에 적합하게 사용될 수 있는 릴리즈 라이너 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 상기한 본 발명의 경피흡수제에 적합하게 사용될 수 있는 릴리즈 라이너는 경피 또는 점막흡수를 위한 의료용 첩부재의 점착제 도공면에 부착되어, 이형 박리 성능을 발현하는 릴리즈 라이너로서, 상기 릴리즈 라이너는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름과, 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 일면에 에폭시 화합물과 실란 화합물을 포함하는 실리콘 이형코팅층을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 필름은 하기 식1 내지 3을 동시에 만족하는 것임을 특징으로 한다:10 ≤ RF ≤ 50 --- 식 1100 ≤ CA ≤ 115 --- 식 2TSi ≤ 8.0 --- 식 3상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 경피흡수제에 적합하게 사용될 수 있는 릴리즈 라이너는 우수한 이형박리력을 발휘하고, 그 배면에 실리콘 잔류물의 전사비율이 현저히 낮아 인쇄 피치 안정성을 나타내도록 하므로, 의료용 첩부재, 특히, 경피흡수용 첩부재의 릴리즈 라이너로서의 충분한 기능을 제공하며, 또한 인라인 코팅 공법 및 동시 이축연신 제조 공법으로 인해, 균일한 물성을 가진 제품을 대량으로 제공할 수 있게 되었다.
