An object of the present invention is to provide an oxygen mask which is not taken off easily while fixing the neck, the mask being in close contact with the nose and jaw of a patient in need of oxygen in order to prevent the oxygen mask providing oxygen from being taken off as the patient moves. Also, a helmet portion connected to the oxygen mask and neck pillow are connected so that the oxygen mask is not taken off even with the movement of the neck. In order to achieve the object, a ventilation helmet protecting the patient&prime；s head and a pillow surrounding the neck portion are mounted, wherein a string connected to the ventilation helmet stably fixes the oxygen mask.
