The present invention relates to a method for producing biomaterials and biomaterials thereof. The method for producing biomaterials comprises: a first step of collecting and washing abalone shells； a second step of pulverizing and digesting the washed abalone shells of the first step； a third step of phosphorylating, stirring and aging calcium oxide (CaO) generated by the digestion； a fourth step of filtering and washing the stirred and aged precipitate； and a fifth step of producing hydroxyapatite (Ca_10(PO_4)(OH)_2) by sintering the precipitate at a high temperature.본 발명은 전복 패각을 수집 및 세척하는 제1단계, 제1단계의 세척된 전복 패각을 분쇄하여 소화하는 제2단계, 소화하여 생성된 산화칼슘 (Calcium oxide, CaO)을 인산화하여 교반 숙성하는 제3단계, 교반, 숙성된 침전물을 걸러내고 세척하는 제4단계 및 침전물을 고온에서 소결하여 수산화인회석(Ca10(PO4)(OH)2)를 생성하는 제5단계를 포함하는 생체재료 제조방법 및 그 생체재료를 제공한다.
