The present invention relates to a power dual control apparatus for a hydroxyl radical generator, comprising: an H bridge circuit which switches a hydroxyl radical generation unit and a plurality of switching devices to supply power having polarities switched for negative and positive electrodes to the hydroxyl generation unit； and a switching unit which switches the switching devices of the H bridge circuit, wherein the power dual control apparatus comprises: a voltage detection unit which detects voltage applied to the hydroxyl generator unit； a current detection unit which detects current consumed in the hydroxyl generator unit； an input voltage regulation unit which regulates voltages applied to the H bridge circuit by control of a control part； and a control unit which, in response to changes in a load current in the hydroxyl radical generation unit depending on electric conductivity, controls pulse width modulation (PWM) duty for controlling the switching unit so as to control output voltage outputted from the H bridge circuit to the hydroxyl generator unit, when the PWM duty is above a critical value, and maintains the PWM duty above a critical value and controls the input voltage regulation unit to decrease input voltage applied to the H bridge circuit, when the PWM duty is to be regulated below the critical values.본 발명은 수산기발생장치의 전압 이중제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 수산기 발생부와 다수개의 스위칭 소자를 스위칭시켜 양극과 음극의 극성이 전환되는 전원을 상기 수산기 발생부에 공급하는 H브리지 회로, 및 상기 H브리지 회로의 다수개의 스위칭소자를 스위칭시키는 스위칭부를 포함하는 수산기발생장치의 전압 이중제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 수산기 발생부에 인가되는 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출부, 상기 수산기 발생부에서 소비되는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부, 제어부의 제어에 따라, 상기 H브리지 회로에 인가되는 전압을 조정하는 입력전압 조정부, 및 전기 전도도에 따라 상기 수산기 발생부의 부하전류가 변동되는 것에 대응하여, 상기 스위칭부를 제어하는 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 듀티가 임계값 이상인 상태에서는 상기 PWM 듀티를 조절하여 상기 H브리지 회로로부터 상기 수산기 발생부에 출력되는 출력전압을 제어하고, 상기 스위칭부를 제어하는 PWM 듀티를 임계값 이하로 조절해야 되는 상태에서는 상기 PWM 듀티를 적어도 상기 임계값 이상으로 유지하되, 상기 입력전압 조정부를 제어하여 상기 H브리지 회로에 인가되는 입력전압을 감소시키는 제어부를 포함한다.
