An apparatus are disclosed for autonomous variable rate delivery of a substance. In some embodiments, the delivery apparatus may be programmable. In some embodiments, the delivery apparatus may be disposable. Optionally the rate of delivery may be dependent on a temperature of a component of the apparatus.
