The present invention has a device main body provided with: a main body casing having a casing bottom and a casing top that is provided above the casing bottom, has a greater thickness dimension in the front-back direction compared to the casing bottom by means of having a shape that protrudes more to the front than does the casing bottom, and has an air intake opening formed at the front and an air discharge opening formed at the top a battery housing chamber provided to the casing bottom and a fan that is incorporated in the casing top and that takes air in from the air intake opening and blows out the air from the air discharge opening.
