PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mosquito inducing and trapping device capable of discarding collected mosquitoes to the outside.SOLUTION: A mosquito inducing and trapping device (10；10A) includes: a case (50)； an inducing part(Ph1,Ph2) accommodated in the case (50) for inducing mosquitoes (M)； a suction part (70) for sucking the mosquitoes (M) induced by the inducing part (Ph1,Ph2) into the case (50)； and a collection part (40) that faces the case (50) capable of collecting the mosquitoes (M) sucked by the suction part (70).
