CONSTITUTION: A fracture fixing device includes a fixing plate(100) and a screw engaged with the fixing plate. The fixing plate inserts the screw and includes a plurality of insertion holes(110) having a thread formed. The screw includes a thread(211) corresponding to the insertion hole and a screw head(220) closely engaged with the insertion hole is formed in an end of the other side of the thread engaged with the insertion hole.
