PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal for use in a surgical procedure, more specifically, a seal anchor member adapted for insertion into an incision in tissue.SOLUTION: A seal anchor member includes a housing defining a longitudinal axis, the housing having a leading end and a trailing end, and one or more lumens extending through the leading and trailing ends. Each of the one or more lumens is adapted for substantially sealed reception of an instrument therein.
