The present invention provides a limb massager with interactive and adjustable acupuncture points and a method thereof. The limb massager includes a bottom base and at least one acupuncture messaging member, wherein the top surface of the bottom base is of a flat shape and displays an outline figure of at least one limb (such as the sole of the foot or the palm of the hand). The outline figure of the limb includes a plurality of acupuncture areas； the top portion of the acupuncture massaging member is of an upward protruded shape, so that when a limb contacts and presses against the top portion, the top portion is able to apply pressure to a corresponding acupuncture point of the limb.
