PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental adhesive composition which realizes an excellent bond between dentine and a restoration member and inhibits a prosthesis from being bonded floating in bonding the prosthesis to dentine.SOLUTION: A dental adhesive composition comprises: 100 pts.mass of a polymerization-reactive component comprising an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer； 200 pts.mass to 400 pts.wt. of a low-boiling organic solvent whose boiling point under normal pressure is 50°C-65°C； 25 pts.mass to 120 pts.mass of a high-boiling organic solvent whose boiling point under normal pressure is 75°C-90°C； 5 pts.mass to 50 pts.mass of water； and a chemical polymerization initiator.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】歯質と修復用部材との接着性に優れると共に、歯質に対して補綴物を接着する際に補綴物が浮き上がった状態で接着されるのを抑制すること。【解決手段】 酸性基含有重合性単量体を含む重合反応性成分を１００質量部と、常圧における沸点が５０℃～６５℃である低沸点有機溶媒を２００質量部～４００重量部と、常圧における沸点が７５℃～９０℃である高沸点有機溶媒を２５質量部～１２０質量部と、水を５質量部～５０質量部と、化学重合開始剤と、を含む歯科用接着性組成物。【選択図】なし
