PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup-shaped refill vessel for loading a volatile agent, without rolling up a sealing film of blocking up an opening part even if it is put in a stacking state.SOLUTION: The cup-shaped refill vessel for loading the volatile agent includes an installation surface bottom wall part 10e of the volatile agent VS and peripheral walls 10a-10d. The volatile agent is released by forming the opening part 11 on the peripheral walls. The opening part is blocked up by the sealing film 20 stuck so as to be capable of tearing off before use. The sealing film includes a film body part 21 for blocking up the opening part by a sticking surface in an elongated shape and a non-sticking picking part 22 gripped when tearing off the film body part by being integrally connected to at least one side of right-left of the film body part. The picking part 22 has the inclined lower side 22UL of narrowing toward an end as it separates from the film body 21 side, and the sticking surface is set in the film body part as a seal range 25, and a starting point 22R1 on the film body part side of the inclined lower side is arranged inside the seal range 25.
