FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacy, particularly to production of local haemostatic preparations. For this purpose the preparation contains alimentary gelatine, an antibiotic and plasma of blood of cattle which are contained in a preparation at following ratio of components, wt%: kanamycin monosulphate – 1.0; blood plasma of cattle – 3.0; food gelatine – balance; and when preparing the haemostatic preparation, gelatine is dissolved in a solvent, based on 1 kg of gelatine per 3 kg of the solvent, and mixed until a homogeneous solution is obtained; then to produced solution is added blood plasma cattle and kanamycin monosulphate and stirring until obtaining a homogeneous composition; after which obtained homogeneous composition is held in refrigerator at temperature of +5 °C for 60 minutes; then obtained composition is heated to 30 °C and subjected to single cavitation treatment in flow cavitator with pressure drop 5⋅105-6⋅105 Pa; then the above composition is spilled on the tray, cooled in a refrigerator at a temperature of +5 °C for 12 hours until obtaining jelly-like composition, then jelly-like composition is cut into cubes with size of cube face equal to 1 cm; after which obtained cubes are poured with formalin, cubes are held in formalin for 24 hours and then cubes are washed until complete removal of formalin; then the cubes are milled into granules with diameter of 5 mm and length of 10–20 mm, drying granules at temperature 120 °C for 15 hours, after which grinding the dried granules into powder with average particle size of 250 mcm; wherein solvent used is cooled to temperature of +5 °C water for injections with oxidation-reduction potential of +700 mV.EFFECT: invention provides reduced time of haemostasis stopping and reduced dose of the preparation filled up on a wound surface for wound healing.1 clИзобретение относится к фармации, в частности к получению гемостатических препаратов местного применения.
