PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably measure an eye axis length in an apparatus obtaining a tomogram of a subjects eye by using optical coherence tomography.SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic photographing apparatus splits a luminous flux, which is emitted from a light source, into a measuring luminous flux and a first reference luminous flux, and obtains the tomogram of the fundus by converting a spectral signal to a depth profile. The ophthalmologic photographing apparatus includes: a second reference optical system which splits the measuring luminous flux or the first reference luminous flux so as to produce a second reference luminous flux synthesized with cornea reflection light by measuring light a computing means for measuring the subjects eye axis length on the basis of information on drive of an optical member when the cornea and fundus of the subjects eye are obtained in the depth profile, and the depth profile including the cornea and the fundus and a Z-alignment inducing means for inducing Z-direction alignment of the subjects eye and the whole interference optical system so that the cornea can be detected in a predetermined depth area in the depth profile.
