The present invention relates to a suture anchor joined to a bore groove arranged on a bone to fixate a soft tissue combined with a suture to the bone. More particularly, a main screw thread is formed along an outer circumferential surface of an entire cylindrical anchor body having a longitude, and an assistant screw thread is formed along an outer circumferential surface of a portion of the anchor body. According to the present invention, the assistant screw thread is formed to allow the screw thread to be concentrated in an upper part of the anchor body, thereby enhancing an adhesive strength of the anchor inserted to the bone at a fixed incidence angle.본 발명은, 봉합사와 결속된 연조직을 뼈에 고정하기 위하여 상기 뼈에 마련된 보어(Bore) 홈에 체결되는 봉합사 앵커에 있어서, 경도를 갖는 원통형 앵커 몸체의 전체에 외주면을 따라 주 나사산이 형성되고, 상기 앵커 몸체의 일부에 외주면을 따라 부 나사산이 형성된다.본 발명에 따르면, 앵커 몸체의 상부에 나사산이 밀집될 수 있도록 부 나사산이 형성되어 뼈에 소정의 진입각으로 삽입된 앵커의 고정력이 향상되는 이점이 있다.
