PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male incontinence pad package enabling a user to easily take out a male incontinence pad.SOLUTION: A male incontinence pad package 31 includes a male incontinence pad 1 covered with covering sheets 21, 22. In the male incontinence pad 1, the outer surface side of one end in a longitudinal direction y is covered with the first covering sheet 21, and the outer surface side of the other end is covered with the second covering sheet 22. When covered with the first and second covering sheets 21, 22, the male incontinence pad 1 is folded back at a first crease 23 extending in the longitudinal direction y so that the skin-face side becomes inside and folded back at a second crease 24 extending in a width direction x, so that the first and second covering sheets 21, 22 can be bonded with each other. The male incontinence pad 1 includes an adhesive portion 7 bonded to the first covering sheet 21 or the second covering sheet 22 so as to be peelable.
