The present invention relates to an Agromyces sp. M15 strain (KCTC18260P) having an activity of degrading zearalenone. The strain isolated from soil of the present invention effectively degrades zearalenone which is a fungal toxin. Accordingly, the novel strain of the present invention is considered to be industrially useful by removing zearalenone when used in treatment of crops including grains.본 발명은 제아라레논 분해 활성을 가지는 아그로마이세스 속 M15 균주 (KCTC18260P) 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 토양으로부터 분리한 균주가 곰팡이 독소 제아라레논을 효과적으로 분해하는 것을 통해, 본 발명의 신규 균주를 이용하여 곡류를 포함한 농산물에 처리하여 제아라레논을 제거할 수 있으므로, 산업적으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
