PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a structure of a single line conveyor so as to be manufactured easily inexpensively.SOLUTION: The manual distribution device 50 of medicines has a preliminary distribution cassette 20 having many sections 22 in many lines and rays, a multi-line conveyor 80 receiving the whole medicine at one time from the preliminary distribution cassette 20 in partition chambers 93 in many lines and rays, and a single-line conveyor 60 receiving the whole medicine of each line at one time from the multi-line conveyor 80 wherein the single-line conveyor 60 has partition members 70 larger in number than lines of the partition chambers of the multi-line conveyor, the partition members swingingly mounted to a pair of parallel arranged and simultaneously driven endless belts 62 and the partition member 70 is integrated with the partition chamber 73 of one partition of the single-line conveyor 60. The overhung portion of the rear margin 75 of the partition member 70 reaches the upper part of the escape portion of the front margin 77 of the neighboring partition member 70.
