The present invention relates to a measurement apparatus for skin autofluorescence for measuring the skin autofluorescence in order to evaluate various diseases by measuring the autofluorescence of skin. For this purpose, the invention provides a skin autofluorescence measuring apparatus detecting reflected light which improves light efficiency by minimizing specular reflection from the surface of a skin tissue and also emitting light having optical density and optical homogeneity improved by uniformly collecting light from a light source to the skin tissue. Moreover, in the present invention, since the diagnosis factor about various diseases is accurately evaluated by simply correcting the measurement error of the skin autofluorescence caused by the reflected light of the incident light in the surface of skin and the scattering and absorption of the light in the skin, the apparatus can improve the diagnostic possibility of various diseases.
