The present invention relates to a method of making a bean sprout bulgogi dish containing sprouts, by using a cooking grill having a flat bottom and a partition installed around an edge of the flat bottom for keeping cooking materials from escaping therefrom. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: freezing pork； cutting the frozen pork to a predetermined thickness； washing bean sprouts； washing sprouts； spreading the washed bean sprouts evenly on the flat bottom； placing the pork cut to the predetermined thickness on top of the spread bean sprouts； further adding sprout vegetables to the bean sprouts and the cut pork placed on the bottom； adding a seasoning sauce containing hot pepper powder to the bean sprouts, the pork, and the vegetables； and heating for a predetermined time the cooking grill containing cooking materials formed by the bean sprouts, the pork, the vegetables, and the seasoning sauce containing hot pepper powder, to cook a bean sprout bulgogi dish.
